Our clinic previously purchased a product similar to Dyna Discs from a different medical supplier but found the product was inferior. Even the patients mentioned the inferior quality of the product. We realized the quality of product and prices could not be matched. Our chiropractic clinic will now be purchasing Exertools exclusively.
Juni T (February 8, 2010) Back pain Eliminated! I have chronic lower back pain, which is exacerbated by sitting for long periods. When I get stuck in the office, the rest of the week is spent trying to relieve the pain and stiffness. Since I started using this disc at the office, I rarely get the pain anymore! Plus, if something else stresses my back, I can sit on the disc and work out the problems in five to twenty minutes. I was skepical at first, but I will be getting more sitting discs! It was very easy to inflate, seems very durable so far, and it adds an extra fitness tool to my workouts.

Very nice. The dyna disc was delivered promptly and the price was very reasonable. However there were no instructions. Would be nice if the manufacturer would include a page of simple instructions, exercise tips, etc.
K. Langner (November 21, 2009) This has become one of my favorite little devices. I can use it anywhere and do a few minutes watching TV or just to take a break. It's a great additional piece of equipment to make stretches and balances exercises more challenging - couldn't be more pleased with it.

This product has definitely helped with hip issues You can shift my weight when usedf in a chair and it helps prevent hip and back pain. It is a little tiring sometimes to get used to, then you realize you are actually improving your abdominal muscles while your sitting doing other work.

This is a bit smaller than the one I used during physical therapy but it works just fine for the exercises to regain my balance. I do wish there was some kind of instructions that had come with it. Instruction for when and if it needs to have air added to it and some ideas for exercises to do on it.
R Levin (September 8, 2009) Great product for posture--used for sitting. I bought this for my Dad who has sciatica in his legs. He has found this to be one the best devices for sitting. It takes all the pressure of the lower spine and he is able to sit much longer without discomfort. Great product for his situation
D. Denno (November 12, 2009) A balance therapy doctor recommended that I purchase a Dyna Disc for my elderly mother so that she could use it daily for balance exercises he set up for her. This disk is well-made and is working out perfectly for her; I knew it could take a daily beating from regular stepping exercises because my mother had initially used a Dyna Disc available for all patients at the doctor's office. Although my mother has a small feet, this disk is big and sturdy enough for anyone to use.
Ron F. (June 26, 2009) I got this advised by therapist to help with rehab after back surgery, and found very helpful as a training tolol when sitting for alignment. Used it for sittingoriginally, but now discovered a lot of other ways to use it. Mini-crunches, lunges, balancong while doing weight curls. Really good product. I am sure I will be using this for a long time.
Nancy N (March 25, 2009) Excellent for people with degenerative disc that have to sit all day. The disc takes the pressure off the spine. I am amazed at how I can sit comfortably for long hours. This was a miracle for my back issues. I think it will help anyone with back issues, though it could take a little time to get used to. Definitely notice the difference and improvement when not using it now also.
Donna Bradbury (April 6, 2009) I purchased 4 discs, 2 for me, 2 for a friend. We use them on our chair when we sew! Usually only one at a time, but always want one handy. Whether we sit on it or have it between the chair and our back, it makes a day at the sewing machine much more comfortable. We both participate in all-day sew-ins and 3 or 4 day quilt retreats, so really appreciate the improved comfort these discs provide. I was surprised at the cost of shipping, but otherwise absolutely happy with the product and the experience!
Agility woman (May 18, 2007) Just what I expected. I use this to help my dog with his core muscles. He balances on it (he's 5 lbs.). I am going to use two of them to help my big dogs exercise, one for front feet one for back.
